Mr. Woolford has a rapidly growing construction law practice, focusing on the representation of contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers and design professionals. 

Joseph M. Kanfer is a partner at Woolford Law, P.C. He is a 2009 graduate of William & Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia where he was selected as a Graduate Research Fellow.

Colin Butler is an associate attorney at Woolford Kanfer Law. He assists subcontractors, general contractors and owners with all facets of construction law.

Matthew is a shareholder at Woolford Kanfer Law having been named as such in 2024. He has a great deal of experience in all aspects of construction law and his passionate commitment to representing construction professionals enabled him to achieve shareholder status on an expedited basis. 

Mr. Solove has 40 years‘ of experience representing businesses providing a wide range of legal services including business counseling, entity formation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, acquisitions, and real estate matters.

Robin L. Woolford is the firm’s controller and public relations/marketing director. She graduated from St. Andrew’s Presbyterian College in North Carolina in 1994 with a B.S. in Marketing.
