Mr. Woolford has a rapidly growing construction law practice, focusing on the representation of contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers and design professionals. 

Matthew is a shareholder at Woolford Myer Law having been named as such in 2024. He has a great deal of experience in all aspects of construction law and his passionate commitment to representing construction professionals enabled him to achieve shareholder status on an expedited basis. 

Kyle Maguire is an associate at Woolford Myer. He started at Woolford Myer Law in June 2025 after working for the last five years primarily in the real estate and energy industries. In those capacities, he dealt with construction and business issues on a regular basis.

Robin L. Woolford is the firm’s controller and public relations/marketing director. She graduated from St. Andrew’s Presbyterian College in North Carolina in 1994 with a B.S. in Marketing.
